Estefanía's Healing:

Certified in level 1, 2, and master in reiki since 2019, my approach to sound healing and reiki is deeply enriched by my shamanic experiences. Immersing myself in Mexico's diverse regions for six months in 2022 allowed me to delve into the sacred art of sound, learning from ancient traditions and indigenous practices. This profound shamanic influence infuses my work with an energy that resonates on a profound level!

ONE TO ONE

In this session you will experience the magic of a mixture of sounds and reiki. Reiki is a method of healing utilizing the hands. When we are open, the possibilities are endless

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a holistic healing practice that involves channeling universal life force energy to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. It aims to clear energy blockages and stimulate natural healing processes in the body and mind, fostering harmony and vitality.

TWO PERSON

The both of you will experience a mixture of sound healing, breathwork, kundalini yoga and some reiki (not a full session when it's a pair). Depending on why the reason you have come to me; I always create a moment for the both of you to celebrate each other in this healing space
