Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of women through energetic healing, breathwork, and embodiment practices that reconnect you to your power, your voice, and your truth.

How room assignments work

Rooms vary in size and layout. Some have two beds, others have three - so to keep things fair, room assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis. The rooms with two beds will be assigned first, followed by the others. Also say you are joining with a friend, I will make sure to keep you both together.

Is this for beginners?

Absolutely. You don’t need to have any previous experience — the real question is: how open are you? If your heart is feeling the pull, you’re already ready.

Can I come solo?

Yes, yes, yes. Some of the most powerful transformations happen when we leap into the unknown. Come solo and let the Universe surprise you… or bring a sister and share the magic together — either way, you’ll feel deeply held.

What’s the cancellation/refund policy?

A $600 deposit is required to reserve your spot, and it is non-refundable. You may cancel up to 3 months before the retreat and any additional payments made will be refunded. Cancellations made after that window are non-refundable due to our commitments with the space and facilitators.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you apply our incredible chef is happy to prepare custom meals to meet your needs with love and intention.
